Refund Policy (Harpy)

Effective date: January 5, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Harpy subscriptions.

1) Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and
  • you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

2) No prorated refunds

Harpy does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods (for example, if you cancel midway through a month), except where required by law.

3) 14-day refund window for first paid charge

If you are a new subscriber and you were charged for a paid plan for the first time, you may request a refund within 14 days of that first paid charge, unless:

  • we determine there is fraud, abuse, or misuse, or
  • a refund is prohibited or restricted by applicable law in your region.

4) Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. Refunds generally do not apply to trial periods because no payment is collected.

5) How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact admin@harpyfinance.com and include:

  • the email associated with your Harpy account,
  • the date of the charge,
  • and any invoice/receipt details (if available).

Payments are processed through Paddle, and in some cases refunds may be issued through Paddle's buyer support process.

6) Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

7) Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
